Nigel Allan Nigel Allan –President

Nigel has a strong marketing and business background, starting out in 1980 as a copywriter for major London advertising agencies. He entered the direct sales industry in 1985 and has had a varied and successful career, having been responsible for creating and training teams of tens of thousands of independent sales people around the World, both pre- and post-Internet.

Additionally he has been involved in management of major USA and domestic direct selling companies from product development, launches and field training through to logistics and support. An all-rounder, Nigel’s expertise is much sought after on both sides of the Atlantic and is an acknowledged expert on international expansion for direct selling companies.

He has innovated in product development too, pioneering several concepts in skin care and health products which other companies have since adopted as their primary marketing platform, and as a result was a guest speaker at a major international symposium of scientists in 1998.

 

Mark Chadwick Mark Chadwick –Founder and CEO

Mark has over 28 years experience of working on a self-employed basis or at board level. This includes establishment of new Companies in UK and USA. Mark has significant experience and has acted as Dealer Principal of a significant General Motors Dealership and also as National Marketing Director of a large US environmental products company.

Mark is entrepreneurial and highly experienced in new business development, business start-up, trouble-shooting and business operations both in the UK, Europe and The United States.

Mark is extremely practical and with extensive management, organisation, negotiation and business development skills and also sales experience encompassing retail sales to individuals to product and service supply to SME’s and larger Corporations. He is experienced in account management, account development, customer retention and developing, motivating, coaching and mentoring others at the one to one level, classroom and convention scenarios.

 

Cyril J Cyril J –Technical Operations Manager

Cyril has 6 years of experience in Affiliate and Network Marketing systems and is a Business Graduate specialising in Project Management. Prior to joining our team Cyril worked for several international companies working specifically within the Technical Operations field. For Ausante he alongside our Development Team Manager is responsible for all new developments on the website and on-going technical support.

 

 

 

 

Fernando R Fernando R –General Manager (Hong Kong Office)

Fernando has accumulated more than 25 years of varied managerial work experience in Asia in different sectors. He is fluent in Chinese with an in-depth understanding of multi-cultural environments. Fernando is the primary link between the Operations Office and the developments in Asia and is responsible for managing the support and translations locally for the Chinese speaking market.

 

 

 

 

Olga P Olga P –Head of European Support

After graduation from Moscow State University Olga has been over the last eight years working in Customer Support and Management. She has substantial experience in the implementation of large – scale customer service operations and fulfilment strategies. For the past 2 years she has been working within our team. She also has prior experience in the MLM Industry providing Customer Support for Europe, USA and Asia.

 

 

 

 

Claudio F Claudio F –Application Developer

Claudio is one of our key developers engaged in the management of the Ausante systems. He has a strong background in application development specialized in enterprise level Application Development. He has worked on many innovative and successful projects in Italy, Russia and Eastern Europe for many years as a .NET Developer and Windows Application Developer. His experience in understanding the internal systems allows us to create more innovative functions for the website.

 

 

 

 

Csilla Sz Csilla Sz –European Support

After finishing her Master's degree in Project Management from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration in Romania and over the last three years Csilla has worked for medium-sized Enterprises as well as for multinational companies and gaining experience in marketing management, management assistance and business administration. She speaks four languages (Hungarian, Romanian, English and Italian). She is a significant part of our support team in Europe.

 

 

 

 

Lena S Lena S –Financial Controller

Lena has more than 7 years in accounting experience across international companies in the online sphere. She has graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.  Prior to working with Ausante she was working in the finance department of an international internet company, and currently she is in the process of receiving an internationally recognized ACCA qualification.

 

 

 

 

 

Andra N Andra N – Chief Designer

Andra is a talented graphic designer with more than seven years’ experience of working across multiple design disciplines from print to web design. She has graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Art and Design with an opportunity to spend one semester as an Erasmus student learning design and technology at the University College of Northern Denmark. Prior to joining our team Andra worked as a desktop publisher for several big media agencies. She has also developed an extensive knowledge of design working as a graphic designer in several design agencies and freelance jobs. Inspired by all forms of design she is driven by a desire to produce stunning design products for Ausante.
